视频前面两分钟讲的是腋窝里面分阴阳,当对方抓住你的手和肘别你的肩时,如果你的腋窝不开,不分阴阳的话力就打到你肩膀上面了,就在对方别你肩的时候,你从腋窝这个地方断开分离,力反而压到对方身上了。
中间一段是胯位置分阴阳,胯分开,胯拉开。
后面一段是膻中部位如何造空间的力,把对方的力返回去。 膻中这个部位练出一个手,能够抓住对方的手,先把对方的力吞掉,然后从底下把对方的力返回去。
