My Experiences of Zhenbudong 真不动练拳心得

​Time flies , This time I came back Rizhao once again.It has alredady been for nine months in the blick of an eye. I gained a lot during this period, At the beginning, I only knew how to
do two-hand movements in isolation, but now I have realized: use the kua and waist to move the hands to do the movements.
‌ Special thanks to the extraordinary period of the epidemic, which gave me the opportunity to take the video lessons of Teacher Chen Zhonghua and Coach He Jiawei​. Through these video lessons, I have a deeper understanding of practical method theories. The body must be divided into yin and yang, and the upper and lower parts of the body cannot move together.

Hands never come back. When we are doing a positive circle, the first movement is to withdraw the elbows, and the second movement to turn the waist. When turning the waist, the shoulders and hips must be closed and the central axis of the body must be fixed.Normally, most students will make mistakes in withdrawing the hands.The third move is to hand out.

When doing it,the front hand must contact with the back foot. With theoretical guidance, the next step is to practice continuously. I suddenly found that these movements are not easy. Especially for me, long-term desk work has resulted in my body not being controlled by the brain at all. When I try to sink the kua of the rear legs, I kept dropping my knees. In order to overcome this bad habit, I found a plastic box, held up my knees, and finally knew how to do it after practicing over and over again. Besides, I would like to thank Coach Wang Kai for his guidance.

I remembered a meaningful time ,when several of our students could not find how to use the kua. Coach Wang Kai led us to climb the stairs at the entrance of the swimming pool to train us to use our hips. We often discussed sth taught by Teacher Chen zhonghua and Coach He Jiawei and practiced them one by one. The efforts paid off. In the continuous exercises, under the guidance of Coach Wang Kai, I gradually got a little bit of feeling.
On the road to practical method, I know that I still have a long way to go, but no matter what, I am confident and sunny to welcome everything that follows.

All practical method movements are anti-human movements as Teacher Chen Zhonghua said. We just want to practice our awkward movements until they are not awkward. For our practioners, we should closely follow the pace of Teacher Chen Zhonghua and take as many classes taught by coach as possible, equipping our brains with knowledge, and guiding our practice, so as to avoid some detours. I believe that our bodies will benefit a lot in the near future.
Special thanks to all the coaches for their wonderful lessons in the past few months. It is your class that gave me the right direction, so that I am no longer confused. I will continue to practice practical method no matter how hard it is.
​时间过的真快,今年在一次来日照真不动馆学拳,一眨, 已经九个月过去了。这次学拳,收获 。从一开始只知道孤立地做两手作 ,到现在已经意识到:用胯,腰去调手,来做作 。
特别感谢疫情非常时期,让我有机会上了陈中华老师 以及何家伟教练的视频课 ​。通过上这些视频课 ,让我对实用的理论有了更深层次的理解 。身分阴阳, 身的上下不能一起 ,手永远不能回。当我们在做正圈时 ,第一只是收肘,第二转腰 ,在转腰时, 肩 胯 要合住,身中轴定住

为了克服这个坏习惯 ,我找了一个泡沫盒 ,把膝盖顶住 ,终于在一遍遍地练习中,有了感觉 。在练拳期间,特别感谢王凯教练的指导,我记得特别有意义的一次,是我们几个学员都找不到如何用胯。王凯教练领着我们就去爬游泳馆门口的楼梯 ,训练我们如何用胯。我们经常会把陈老师和何佳伟教练教的东西 ,拿出来一个一个地练习 ,功夫不负有心人, 在不断地演练中, 在王凯教练的悉心指导下 ,慢慢的我对打拳有了感觉。
在实用拳法的路上, 我知道我还有很长的路要走, 但无论怎样 ,我都充自信 阳光地迎接接下来的一切 。所有实用拳法的作,正如陈中华老师所说都是反人类作 。我们就是要把我们别扭的作,练到不别扭 。

对于我们学员来说 ,我们应该紧密地跟着陈中华老师的步伐,尽可能多的上教练们的课, 用知识去武装我们的大脑, 来指导我们的练拳 ,这样可以避免走一些弯路。相信不久的将来 ,我们的身都会有重大的改变 。
