Important Knowledge

The workshop this past weekend (Nov 18-19, 2017) by Master Chen Zhonghua was one of the most important given in Ottawa. It motivated beginners and reinvigorated the old-timers. For participants the experience was a great eye-opener as a preview of what is possible. More importantly, for all practitioners of Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method, the contents of the workshop provide a beacon and a clear framework for Practical Method training and skill development.
